Job Description

As a Software Application Support Specialist, you will be the first line of defense in maintaining our software applications. Your expertise will enable you to troubleshoot issues, collaborate with development teams, and ensure end-user satisfaction. Strong problem-solving skills and a solid technical foundation are essential for this role.

Responsibilities

  • Provide insights to improve software applications based on user feedback.
  • Implement software patches and updates as necessary.
  • Coordinate with project managers to ensure timely delivery of software solutions.
  • Assist in testing new software features prior to release.
  • Maintain a high level of client satisfaction through effective communication.

Requirements

Education
  • Relevant Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
Experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in software application support or a related role.
