Responsibilities

• Assess customer requirements and translate them into design specifications.
• Work on multifaceted projects involving mechanical, electrical, and software engineering disciplines.
• Initiate and lead project reviews to ensure design integrity.
• Ensure all engineering processes comply with industry standards.
• Participate in educational seminars to stay current with aerospace developments.
• Document and report progress to senior management.
• Engage in product testing and validation.
• Harness project management software for tracking deliverables.
• Act as a point of contact for client inquiries.
• Create prototypes and oversee pilot manufacturing.
• Incorporate feedback from project stakeholders.
• Strive for continuous improvement in engineering practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
• Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering preferred

Experience

• 5+ years working in aerospace or related engineering roles

Technical Skills

• Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD)
• Engineering Standards and Regulations

Soft Skills

• Leadership
• Communication

Certifications

• Professional Engineer (PE) License
• Aerospace Security Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of propulsion systems: Experience in working with aircraft propulsion technologies.
