We are on the hunt for a skilled Project Manager to join our Cape Town team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing project execution, ensuring objectives are met on time and within budget. This position requires excellent leadership and communication skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project timelines and milestones.
• Engage with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction.
• Track and report project performance metrics.
• Coordinate project meetings and take minutes for follow-up.
• Manage relationships with external partners and vendors.
• Assist in recruitment and training of project team members.
• Promote continuous improvement and efficiency in project processes.
• Cultivate a positive project culture and motivate team members.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field
• Master's degree in Project Management or MBA is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years in managing projects in a corporate environment
