Job Description

We are on the hunt for a skilled Project Manager to join our Cape Town team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing project execution, ensuring objectives are met on time and within budget. This position requires excellent leadership and communication skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and finalize projects within scope, time, and budget.
• Lead project teams and manage resources effectively.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and reports.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and clients to ensure expectations are met.
• Identify and manage project risks and issues proactively.
• Monitor project progress and report status to upper management.
• Facilitate communication between team members and departments.
• Ensure quality standards are adhered to throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field
• Master's degree in Project Management or MBA is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years in managing projects in a corporate environment
