Job Description

As a Registered Nurse at Healthcare Services Group, you will play a critical role in patient care, advocating for health and wellness while providing empathetic support. You will collaborate with medical teams to develop and implement individualized care plans ensuring optimal outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Assist in diagnosing patients by performing preliminary assessments.
• Implement individual care plans alongside medical professionals.
• Administer injections and IV therapies when necessary.
• Educate patients about medications and potential side effects.
• Collaborate with social workers and case managers for holistic care.
• Support the nursing staff and train new nurses and interns.
• Conduct health checks and follow up on treatment plans.
• Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the care environment.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field
• Advanced Nursing Practice certification is a plus

Experience

• 2+ years in hospital or clinical settings
