Job Description

As a Structural Engineer at Engineering Solutions Ltd., you're tasked with designing and supervising construction projects in Bloemfontein. The candidate should be adept at using structural engineering software and possess strong problem-solving skills to navigate complex engineering challenges while adhering to project deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and engineering efforts for both residential and commercial projects.
• Perform load calculations and strength assessments to validate designs.
• Maintain effective communication with project teams and stakeholders.
• Review and approve contractors' designs and materials to ensure compliance.
• Conduct site visits to oversee construction progress and address issues.
• Draft technical documentation and specifications for construction.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering
• Masters's degree or higher is advantageous

Experience

• 5 years of experience in structural design and analysis
