Industrial Engineer

Job Description

This role requires a proactive Industrial Engineer who will analyze existing operational procedures and develop strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Your contributions will be essential in driving our continuous improvement efforts and maintaining our competitive edge in the industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects aimed at reducing costs and increasing efficiency within the organization.
• Utilize statistical analysis to assess process performance and variability.
• Train and mentor junior engineers and interns in engineering principles and methodologies.
• Participate in regular meetings with stakeholders to discuss project statuses and timelines.
• Research and implement new technologies that support operational improvement.
• Maintain project documentation in compliance with company standards.
• Prepare and manage project budgets effectively.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
• MBA or equivalent is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years in relevant roles with demonstrated process improvement experience
