Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to align on patient care.
  • Maintain knowledge of best practices and compliance requirements in nursing.
  • Lead patient education sessions regarding health maintenance and management.
  • Assist with training new nursing staff and students.
  • Respond effectively to medical emergencies and assist as needed.
  • Monitor inventory of medical supplies and report shortages.
  • Provide emotional support to patients undergoing difficult treatments.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing
  • Additional certifications in specialized nursing areas (e.g., pediatrics, geriatrics, etc.) preferred
Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years nursing experience, including supervisory roles
