Responsibilities

• Develop design briefs by gathering information and data through research.
• Design and produce promotional materials such as brochures, banners, and flyers.
• Work closely with freelancers or external agencies when necessary.
• Use appropriate software to create images and layouts for both print and web.
• Keeping the design database up to date; archiving completed projects.
• Assist in the development of brand guidelines and maintain design standards.
• Engage in continuous learning of new software and tools to enhance skills.
• Work collaboratively with the UX/UI team to enhance user experience.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
• Master's degree in Creative Arts is a plus

Experience

• 4+ years of graphic design experience, preferably in an agency setting

Technical Skills

• Figma
• HTML/CSS

• Time Management
• Adaptability

Languages

• English: Fluent

• Portfolio of previous design work: A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.
