• Contribute to the ongoing development of design guidelines and standards.
• Analyze user data and feedback to inform design improvements.
• Mentor junior designers and share knowledge across the team.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Interaction Design or related field
• Master's degree in a design-related field preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design

Technical Skills

• Interaction Design
• Visual Design

Soft Skills

• Adaptability

Certifications

• UX Certification from Nielsen Norman Group
• Figma Certified Professional

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Proficiency in Usability Testing Methods: Hands-on experience with various usability testing methods and tools.
• Familiarity with Agile Methodologies: Experience working in Agile teams to enhance project workflows.
