Job Responsibilities
  • Advise management on employee-related issues.
  • Assist in developing and implementing employee engagement programs.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback for improvements.
  • Stay updated on labor legislation and trends.
  • Participate in HR initiatives and projects.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of employee relations programs.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture aligned with company values.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • HR Certification (e.g., CHRP or similar) is preferred
  • Conflict Resolution Expertise in mediating disputes and resolving workplace conflicts.
  • Employment Law Knowledge Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations.
  • Communication Skills Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Interpersonal Skills Proficient in building and maintaining relationships within the workplace.
  • Certified Employee Relations Professional (CERP)
  • English (Fluent)
