Job Description

We're searching for a dedicated Healthcare Administrator to join our team in Cape Town. This role involves overseeing daily administrative operations within the healthcare setting, ensuring effective communication across departments, and maintaining patient records. Responsibilities

  • Oversee the administrative workflow, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
  • Ensure patient information is collected and stored securely.
  • Manage billing cycles and maintain relationships with insurance providers.
  • Liaise with medical staff to streamline processes.
  • Implement ongoing training for administrative staff.
  • Conduct regular audits of patient records for accuracy.
  • Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
  • Schedule and manage departmental meetings and events.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions.
  • Engage with patients to address inquiries and feedback.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Health Services Administration
  • Master's degree in Business Administration is a plus
