Extruding and Forming Machine Setters, Operators, and Tenders

Job Description

The Extrusion Line Operator will operate and maintain extrusion machinery to meet production quality standards. This role involves monitoring equipment performance, conducting quality checks, and collaborating with the production team to ensure efficient workflow.

Responsibilities

• Set up and adjust the extrusion machinery according to production requirements.
• Monitor the extrusion process and make necessary adjustments for efficiency.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Document and maintain accurate production logs and reports.
• Work with the production team to achieve production targets efficiently.
• Assist with the training and onboarding of new production staff.
• Follow all safety protocols and use personal protective equipment as required.

Requirements

Education

• Technical qualification in Plastics Manufacturing or related field

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in plastics manufacturing preferred
