Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Pet Groomer to join our team in Cape Town. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality grooming services for a diverse range of pets, ensuring their comfort and safety during the grooming process.

Responsibilities

• Groom pets according to breed standards and owner requests.
• Provide excellent customer service to pet owners.
• Stay updated with the latest grooming trends and techniques.
• Participate in staff meetings and training sessions.
• Assist with scheduling and client management.
• Evaluate the condition of pets' coats and skin to recommend appropriate treatments.
• Engage with pets during grooming to keep them calm.
• Support a positive team environment and collaborate with colleagues.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification in pet grooming is preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in pet grooming, preferably in a salon or similar setting.
