Job Description

As a Childcare Worker in Durban, you will be responsible for providing a safe and nurturing environment for children. Your role will involve facilitating educational activities, ensuring children's safety, and promoting positive social interactions. We’re looking for compassionate individuals who can make a difference in the lives of children.

Responsibilities

  • Implement educational programs that promote children's learning.
  • Supervise daily activities and engage children in play.
  • Communicate progress and concerns with parents regularly.
  • Ensure health and safety standards are met within the facility.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive environment for all children.
  • Assist in the preparation of meals and snacks.
  • Work with other staff members to maintain a collaborative atmosphere.

Requirements

Education
  • Postgraduate certification in Early Childhood Education
  • Training in Child Psychology is a plus
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in childcare settings
