Job Description

We are seeking a motivated E-commerce Manager who will be responsible for overseeing our online sales strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing and a passion for optimizing the e-commerce experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee budget allocation for e-commerce projects and campaigns.
• Train and mentor junior staff in e-commerce best practices.
• Design and execute email marketing campaigns to drive traffic.

• Analyze customer behavior and feedback to refine strategies.
• Collaborate across departments to align sales and marketing initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
• Master's degree in E-commerce or Digital Marketing preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of e-commerce management experience

Technical Skills

• Email Marketing
• E-commerce Platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce)

Certifications

• HubSpot Certification in Inbound Marketing
• Certified E-commerce Executive

Languages

• English: Fluent
