Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Travel Consultant to join our Pretoria team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, budgeting, and organizing travel itineraries tailored to our clients' needs. The ideal candidate will have experience in the travel industry and a keen sense of customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Create travel plans that cater to the unique interests of each client.
  • Offer recommendations for travel activities and accommodations.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
  • Negotiate prices with vendors to ensure best value for clients.
  • Provide post-travel support, including client feedback collection.
  • Attend travel expos and training sessions to enhance knowledge.
  • Ensure compliance with travel regulations and policies.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Travel and Tourism or related field
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in the travel industry
Technical Skills
  • GDS proficiency (Amadeus, Sabre)
