• Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
• Perform regular maintenance and updates on systems.
• Document incidents and solutions in our helpdesk system.
• Work alongside other IT professionals to enhance service delivery.
• Train users on new software and technologies.
• Assist with the installation of new hardware and software.
• Ensure security measures are implemented effectively.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma or Degree in IT or related field

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in IT support or related field
