Job Description

We're on the lookout for a Financial Analyst who excels in financial modeling and data analysis. In this role, you'll assist in developing budgets and forecasts, and you’ll play a key part in financial reporting and decision-making processes that impact the company’s bottom line.

Responsibilities

• Develop financial models to support business strategies and initiatives.
• Generate reports to track the financial health of the organization.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements in financial reporting.
• Support the preparation of annual budgets and financial plans.
• Conduct risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in financial analysis or related roles

Technical Skills

• Financial Modelling
• Excel
• SAP/ERP Systems

Soft Skills

• Analytical skills
• Communication

Certifications

• CFA or CIMA certification preferred

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with business intelligence tools such as Tableau: Familiarity with data visualization tools to present financial data effectively.
• Knowledge of South African financial regulations: Understanding of local compliance and regulatory frameworks.
