As an Investment Banker at our Johannesburg office, you will play a vital role in driving our investment strategies. Your responsibilities will include conducting extensive market research, preparing investment prototypes, and developing client portfolios. This position demands strong analytical abilities and a customer-centric approach.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence is conducted.
• Prepare documentation for financial transactions and client communications.
• Lead financial presentations and workshops for corporate clients.
• Collaborate with external advisors, including lawyers and auditors, throughout transactions.
• Provide regular updates to clients on financial performance and market conditions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
• Master's degree in Finance or Business Administration is beneficial

Experience

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in investment banking
