Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to support our finance team. You will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and providing insights that guide investment decisions and financial planning.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial data and prepare financial reports to evaluate business performance.
• Assist in the budgeting process and forecasting financial trends.
• Provide recommendations based on financial analysis to guide strategic decision-making.
• Monitor financial performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with various departments to gather information and enhance financial reporting.
• Conduct variance analysis and identify the reasons for discrepancies in financial statements.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Financial Management
• MBA or additional qualifications are preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in finance or related analysis roles
