Responsibilities

• Conduct time and motion studies to improve production efficiency.
• Implement Lean Manufacturing techniques to reduce waste.
• Work alongside engineering and production teams to enhance product flow.
• Identify key performance indicators and develop monitoring systems.
• Provide technical support and training for quality systems.
• Participate in cross-departmental projects aimed at improving overall operational efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent
• Master's degree in Engineering Management is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in the manufacturing sector

• Project Management

Certifications

• Certified Manufacturing Engineer (CMfgE)
