Responsibilities

• Design and optimize production layouts to maximize space and efficiency.
• Use simulation tools to predict and improve production performance.
• Conduct root cause analysis for production errors and develop corrective actions.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives across departments.
• Assist in the development of manufacturing standards and specifications.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent
• Master's degree in Engineering Management is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in the manufacturing sector

Technical Skills

• Project Management
• Statistical Process Control

• Effective Communication

Certifications

• Certified Manufacturing Engineer (CMfgE)
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt

Languages

• English: Fluent
