Job Description

As a Cruise Counselor, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch customer service to passengers. This includes assisting with bookings, managing onboard activities, and providing timely information about cruise itineraries.

Responsibilities

• Assist passengers with booking and managing onboard activities, shore excursions, dining arrangements, and cabin upgrades.
• Provide exceptional customer service to passengers and ensure their needs are met throughout their voyage.
• Maintain accurate records of passenger preferences and requests.
• Be knowledgeable about the ship's itinerary and provide information about ports of call.
• Assist with the disembarkation process at the end of the voyage.
• Resolve any issues related to bookings, including cancellations or changes.
• Identify and pursue sales opportunities to meet or exceed individual and team targets.
• Maintain accurate client records and follow up with clients as needed.
