Job Description

As a Supply Chain Manager, you will take charge of logistics operations, focusing on streamlining processes and maximizing efficiency. This role involves working closely with various departments to ensure supply chain success and maintain strong supplier relations.

Responsibilities

• Establish and enhance supply chain processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure the best pricing and services.
• Collaborate with the logistics team to manage transportation and storage operations.
• Evaluate suppliers based on performance, quality, and reliability.
• Proactively address supply chain disruptions and develop contingency plans.
• Facilitate cross-departmental communication to streamline supply chain operations.
• Drive performance improvement initiatives and implement KPIs for supply chain metrics.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate demand forecasting.
• Prepare budgets for supply chain activities and manage related expenditures.
• Stay updated on industry trends and implement innovative supply chain solutions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 7+ years of experience in supply chain or logistics management
