Responsibilities

• Draft and finalize architectural plans and blueprints.
• Work alongside multidisciplinary teams to contribute to project development.
• Conduct meticulous building inspections to ensure highest quality construction.
• Utilize software tools such as Revit and SketchUp for design and modelling.
• Mentor junior architects and interns in design processes and project execution.
• Facilitate communications between clients and project stakeholders.
• Assist in developing project proposals and presentations for clients.
• Support the project management team in controlling project scope and changes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
• Master's degree is advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in architectural design

Technical Skills

• AutoCAD
• Revit
• SketchUp

Soft Skills

• Creative Thinking
• Communication

Certifications

• Registered Architect in South Africa
• Green Building Council Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Afrikaans: Conversational
