IT Support Technician

Job Description

Join our team as an IT Support Technician based in Bloemfontein. In this role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, servicing, and maintaining computer systems and networks. You will work directly with our clients to provide support and resolve their IT issues.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve network issues affecting users.
• Conduct regular maintenance checks on IT equipment.
• Assist in the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures.
• Manage inventory of IT equipment and software licenses.
• Prepare reports on IT support activities and user feedback.
• Provide excellent customer service to enhance user satisfaction.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in IT support roles
