Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. You will play a crucial role in leading cross-functional teams, managing stakeholders, and mitigating risks while maintaining strong communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Set clear project objectives and success criteria for each initiative.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, partners, and clients to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Develop and implement project management methodologies aligned with industry standards.
  • Monitor project performance metrics and adjust plans as necessary.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to capture lessons learned and improve future projects.
  • Develop risk management strategies to address potential obstacles.
  • Ensure project documentation is completed and archived appropriately.
  • Engage in stakeholder management to maintain strong project relationships.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Management or Engineering
  • Advanced certification in Project Management is a plus

  • 5+ years of experience in project management or relevant field
