Job Description

We are on the lookout for a skilled Clinical Research Associate to join our prominent medical research institute. You'll be integral in ensuring the smooth operation of clinical trial protocols, adhering to ethical guidelines, and enhancing participant safety during trial processes.

Responsibilities

  • Liaise with various stakeholders including laboratory staff, project managers, and sponsors.
  • Conduct quality assurance checks on data and trial documentation.
  • Evaluate and mitigate potential risks associated with trial execution.
  • Ensure compliance with all ethical standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare interim reports for stakeholders detailing trial progress and outcomes.
  • Foster a positive site relationship by providing ongoing support and guidance.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Nursing, or related field
  • Advanced qualification or certification in Clinical Research is advantageous
Experience
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in clinical trials
