Job Description

As a Dentist at our practice, you will focus on delivering excellent patient care through routine check-ups and dental procedures. Your expertise will help drive our mission to educate patients about oral health while fostering a welcoming and supportive environment in the clinic.

Responsibilities

  • Assess patient needs and offer appropriate treatments.
  • Involve patients in discussions regarding their dental care.
  • Manage emergency dental cases as required.
  • Facilitate follow-up visits and manage appointments efficiently.
  • Document all procedures and patient interactions in detail.
  • Promote a culture of safety within the practice.
  • Encourage teamwork and support among the dental staff.
  • Conduct patient assessments pre and post-treatment.
  • Implement and review office policies to improve service delivery.
  • Participate in quality assurance initiatives.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Dentistry (MSc) is an advantage
  • Specialization in a dental field is a plus
Experience
  • Minimum 5 years of clinical experience in a dental practice
