Responsibilities

• Conduct patient consultations and provide quality care.
• Perform restorative and cosmetic dental procedures.
• Address patient concerns and ensure satisfaction.
• Supervise dental assistants in patient care.
• Utilize dental software for records and appointments.
• Implement infection control protocols.
• Collaborate in treatment planning and patient management.
• Assist in organizing community outreach events for oral health awareness.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) or equivalent
• Postgraduate diploma in a specialized field is advantageous

Experience

• 2-3 years of clinical experience as a Dentist

Technical Skills

• Proficient in restorative and preventive dentistry
• Strong diagnostic skills

Soft Skills

• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong communication skills

Certifications

• Registered with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with cosmetic dentistry: Ability to carry out aesthetic dental procedures like veneers and whitening.
• Knowledge of dental software: Experience with dental management software for patient records.
