Job Description

We are looking for a Wind Energy Operations Manager to oversee our wind energy projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing environmental management plans while ensuring compliance with energy regulations and promoting sustainable practices.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage environmental policies and procedures associated with wind energy operations.
• Coordinate and oversee energy audits to identify areas for energy conservation.
• Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory authorities and stakeholders.
• Provide strategic guidance on renewable energy projects across various departments.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions on environmental management for staff.
• Implement innovative solutions to enhance energy efficiency and reduce emissions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
• Master's degree in Environmental Science or Energy Management preferred

• 5+ years in energy management, particularly in renewable energy projects
