Responsibilities

• Timely processing of all financial transactions.
• Assist in the analysis of monthly financial data.
• Prepare reconciliations of accounts.
• Track and monitor outstanding invoices.
• Compile and analyze financial reports for management.
• Maintain accounting software and updates.
• Ensure timely payment of creditors.
• Support other departments with financial documentation.
• Stay updated with accounting regulations and standards.
• Develop and streamline bookkeeping processes.

Requirements

Education

• National Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
• Relevant degree or certification preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a bookkeeping role.

• Bookkeeping Software

Certifications

• ACCA or CIMA Qualification (desirable)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
