Job Description

As a Healthcare Administrator in Durban, you will oversee the daily operations of healthcare facilities. This role includes managing staff schedules, organizing patient records, ensuring compliance with health regulations, and optimizing operational efficiency. The successful candidate will contribute significantly to providing high-quality healthcare services to the community.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze health data to identify trends and inform public health initiatives.
  • Design and evaluate public health programs and policies.
  • Conduct research and compile findings into actionable reports.
  • Collaborate with health officials to implement community health interventions.
  • Prepare presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Assist in the development of health education campaigns.
  • Provide data support for grant applications and funding requests.
  • Evaluate the impact of health program changes and report outcomes.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Public Health or related field
  • Master's degree preferred
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in public health analysis or similar roles
