Job Description

As a Project Manager in our Johannesburg office, you will oversee varied projects, working closely with teams to align project objectives with organisational goals. Your leadership will be crucial in driving efficiency and ensuring successful project execution.

Responsibilities

  • Formulate project objectives and prepare detailed project plans.
  • Monitor and manage project budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
  • Facilitate communication between project stakeholders and disseminate information effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with standards and regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Identify and resolve issues or conflicts within the project team.
  • Implement effective project management methodologies and tools.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives for project processes.
  • Support project team development and performance improvement.
  • Conduct post-project reviews to assess project success and lessons learned.
  • Report on project performance and adapt strategies as necessary.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred
Experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management
