Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee our Cape Town facility. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient warehouse operations, manage staff, and drive process improvements while maintaining safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the warehouse team in achieving operational objectives.
• Analyze workflow and identify areas for process enhancement.
• Schedule regular maintenance for warehouse equipment.
• Assess staffing needs and assist in recruitment.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and strategic initiatives.
• Conduct performance reviews and develop team members.
• Manage the budget for warehouse operations and report on variances.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or Business Management

Experience

• At least 5 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics
