Responsibilities

• Identify risks and develop mitigation plans to minimize project risks.
• Report on project performance and provide updates to senior management.
• Oversee resource allocation and workload balancing to ensure project deadlines are met.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management or related field
• Professional certification (PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in project management, with a demonstrated ability to lead projects
