Job Description

We are seeking an AI Research Scientist to join our growing team in Stellenbosch. This role focuses on designing and implementing advanced machine learning algorithms to solve real-world problems. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical abilities and experience in AI development.

Responsibilities

• Create machine learning models to solve specific business challenges.
• Collaborate with data scientists and other researchers.
• Utilize tools such as TensorFlow and PyTorch for model development.
• Evaluate and fine-tune machine learning models for performance.
• Document methodologies and processes for reproducibility.
• Support the integration of AI technologies into products and services.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in AI, Computer Science, or a related field
• Master's degree in AI or Data Science is a plus

• 5+ years of relevant experience in AI and machine learning
