Responsibilities

• Work closely with IT to enhance the website functionality and user experience.
• Ensure compliance with online sales regulations and standards.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends to stay ahead.
• Develop partnerships with suppliers and vendors to optimize product offerings.
• Direct customer service strategies to ensure high satisfaction rates.
• Utilize SEO and paid media to enhance online reach and engagement.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in E-commerce or Marketing
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years in e-commerce; retail experience beneficial
