Job Description

We are searching for an experienced Cloud Architect to join our team in Pretoria. In this role, you will design and implement cloud strategies, optimising our cloud performance and scalability. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals.

Responsibilities

• Engineer and deploy cloud environments using AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Oversee migration projects from on-premises to cloud architectures.
• Monitor cloud usage and resource allocation to optimize costs.
• Implement automation tools for CI/CD and cloud operations.
• Evaluate and integrate third-party cloud solutions that enhance our offerings.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or relevant field
• Master's in Computer Science preferred

Experience

• 7+ years of experience in cloud solutions architecture

• Google Cloud

Certifications

• Certified Kubernetes Administrator

Languages

• English: Fluent
