Job Description

We invite applications for the position of Dentist at our Port Elizabeth practice. In this role, you will perform dental procedures, provide preventive care, and ensure a positive patient experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate dental issues and recommend solutions.
• Conduct surgical procedures where necessary.
• Provide anesthesia and manage post-operative care.
• Engage in continuous learning and team meetings.
• Handle patient queries and assist with appointment scheduling.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Dentistry or equivalent qualification
• Further studies in specialized dentistry is a plus

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years in clinical practice is preferred

Certifications

• Diploma in Advanced Oral Surgery

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Xhosa: Basic

Advantageous

• Proficiency in dental imaging software: Able to use digital tools for dental imaging and diagnostics.
• Leadership experience in a dental environment: Experience in supervising or leading teams in a dental context.
