Looking for a creative Event Planner to join our Port Elizabeth team. You will manage all event logistics, liaise with vendors, and ensure a memorable experience for guests. Your organizational skills and passion for event planning will be key to your success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed event proposals for clients and present them.
• Collaborate with creative teams to design event layouts and decorations.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and licensing requirements.
• Coordinate transportation and accommodation for guests as needed.
• Facilitate meetings with clients to discuss event details and feedback.
• Implement cost-saving measures while maintaining quality.
• Supervise staff during events and provide direction as necessary.
• Continuously streamline processes for planning and executing events.
• Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after events.
• Create marketing strategies to promote upcoming events.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management or related field
• Experience in hospitality management is a plus

• 3+ years of experience in event planning or management
