Job Description

As a Food and Beverage Manager, you will take charge of our operations ensuring the delivery of exceptional dining experiences to our guests. You will lead a team, manage budgets, and create menus that align with our guests’ preferences and seasonal trends.

Responsibilities

  • Lead food and beverage operations, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.
  • Formulate and execute strategic plans to boost revenue and reduce costs.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with vendors for optimal pricing and quality.
  • Utilize customer feedback to refine and enhance offerings.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations of the team and provide feedback.
  • Innovate menu items to keep offerings fresh and exciting.
  • Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of food and beverage facilities.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or Hospitality Management
  • Master's degree is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years in managerial roles within food and beverage services
