Job Description

As a Clinical Research Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in managing clinical trials and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. You will coordinate between multiple departments, including research teams, patients, and external stakeholders to guarantee successful study execution.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate clinical trial activities.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and study protocols.
• Recruit and screen trial participants.
• Collect and manage clinical data and maintain accurate records.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders, including investigators and sponsors.
• Prepare reports and assist in the submission of regulatory documents.
• Conduct monitoring visits to ensure adherence to study guidelines.
• Train and support research staff on protocol requirements.
• Address inquiries from participants regarding the study.
• Conduct site visits and maintain consistent follow-up with participants.
• Maintain knowledge of evolving regulations and standards in clinical research.
• Assist in budgeting and resource allocation for clinical trials.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Clinical Research or a related field is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in clinical research, with leadership experience highly regarded

• Clinical Research Associate (CRA) certification

Languages
