Clinical Research Coordinator

Job Description

As a Clinical Research Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in managing clinical trials and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. You will coordinate between multiple departments, including research teams, patients, and external stakeholders to guarantee successful study execution.

Responsibilities

• Implement study protocols and procedures effectively.
• Monitor participant recruitment and retention rates.
• Analyze clinical data for consistency and accuracy.
• Coordinate with external vendors and laboratories as needed.
• Prepare progress reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Conduct regular team meetings to ensure alignment on project deliverables.
• Facilitate training sessions for research staff on data collection tools.
• Support budget management and resource forecasting during trials.
• Ensure ethical standards are maintained throughout the study.
• Participate in audits and inspections as required.
• Act as a liaison between principal investigators and regulatory bodies.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Clinical Research or a related field is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in clinical research, with leadership experience highly regarded
