Job Description

As a Harness Maker, you will be tasked with designing and creating high-quality horse harnesses that meet client specifications. You will ensure that all products uphold safety standards while providing exceptional service to our customers.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate high-quality horse harnesses that meet unique client needs.
• Conduct routine repairs on existing harnesses, ensuring durability and functionality.
• Manage materials effectively, ensuring adequate stock levels.
• Communicate with clients to refine product offerings based on feedback.
• Adhere to safety protocols and standards during the manufacturing process.
• Perform quality assurance checks on finished products.
• Research and implement new trends in harness making.
• Establish relationships with clients for repeat business.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Vocational training in leatherwork or harness making is advantageous

Experience

• Previous experience in harness making or a related field is preferred.
