• Utilize FEA and CFD simulations to refine designs.
• Document findings and present solutions to stakeholders.
• Collaborate on cross-functional projects with other engineering teams.
• Design improvements based on testing feedback.
• Maintain project budgets and resource requirements.
• Ensure safety standards are met in all activities.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years in mechanical engineering roles

Technical Skills

• AutoCAD
• Pro Engineer
• Quality Control

Soft Skills

• Leadership
• Adaptability

Certifications

• Lean Six Sigma Certification
• Certified Quality Engineer (CQE)

Languages

• English: Fluent
