Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Product Designer! You will be involved in directly shaping the user experience of our products by crafting intuitive and engaging designs. Collaborate closely with developers and product managers to bring innovative ideas to life, transforming feedback into actionable designs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research and gather insights to inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately.
• Conduct usability testing to refine product features.
• Stay updated on industry trends and user preferences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement design strategies.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas.
• Document design specifications for development.
• Ensure all designs are user-centric and meet business objectives.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in product design, UX/UI design experience preferred
