Job Description

As a Construction Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in our operations by managing multiple projects effectively, leading teams, and providing strategic direction for on-time project delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Establish project objectives and ensure they align with company goals.
  • Supervise the work of site managers and laborers.
  • Track project milestones and deliverables against the project plan.
  • Resolve any issues that arise during construction phases.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Prepare comprehensive project documentation and reports.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
  • Master's degree in Business Administration is a plus

  • 7+ years of experience in managing large-scale construction projects
