Job Description

As a Construction Manager, you will oversee all stages of construction projects from initiation to completion. Your expertise will guide teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise multiple construction projects simultaneously.
  • Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with contract specifications.
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment for project teams.
  • Liaise with architects and engineers to ensure project alignment.
  • Conduct final inspections and ensure project handover is executed smoothly.
  • Manage project budgets and negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers.
  • Address any client concerns promptly and professionally.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Project Management
  • Certification in Project Management is a plus
Experience
  • 6+ years of experience in the construction industry
