Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Recruitment Consultant to join our Johannesburg office. In this role, you will actively seek out top talent, conduct interviews, and liaise with clients to fulfill their hiring needs. You'll need to be a confident communicator with an eye for detail, who is motivated to deliver outstanding results in a dynamic recruitment environment.

Responsibilities

• Conducting detailed candidate interviews and presenting findings to clients.
• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle for various roles.
• Advising clients on salary benchmarks and employment negotiations.
• Compiling job offers and maintaining correspondence with candidates.
• Following up with clients and candidates post-placement to ensure satisfaction.
• Analyzing recruitment processes and suggesting improvements.
• Assisting with onboarding new hires as required.
• Coordinating recruitment events and workshops with the team.
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant HR legislation.
• Utilizing social media and professional networking tools effectively.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Postgraduate qualification in HR is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years in recruitment agency or talent acquisition
