• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job descriptions and candidate selection.

• Support the development of compensation strategies and benefits administration.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field
• Certification in HR practices is preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in HR Generalist or similar roles
