Job Description

As a Clinical Research Associate, you will be instrumental in managing clinical trials throughout their lifecycle. Your expertise in GCP compliance and data analysis will enhance our data integrity and trial outcomes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement study protocols, maintaining excellent communication with investigators and coordinators. Your role is essential in driving scientific discoveries and therapeutic advancements.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee multiple clinical trial sites ensuring adherence to study protocols.
  • Act as a liaison between study sponsors and clinical sites.
  • Conduct on-site and remote monitoring visits to evaluate compliance.
  • Prepare monitoring visit reports and follow-up action plans.
  • Assist in the development of study protocols and informed consent documents.
  • Ensure timely administration of investigational products.
  • Provide feedback to the clinical team regarding operational efficiencies.
  • Facilitate training for site staff on compliance and reporting processes.
  • Identify and mitigate risks related to trial execution.
  • Support the resolution of queries from external regulators or stakeholders.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Advanced degree is an asset
Experience
  • At least 3-5 years of direct experience in clinical research, with proven site monitoring skills.
